Bodywork, which is any therapeutic, healing or personal development work which involves some form of touching and/or energetic work, can be used as one method to treat and nourish your body.
If practiced on a regular basis, you can maintain and improve your current HEALTH.
What is your DEFINITION of HEALTH?
According to WHO (World Health Organization), the definition of Health is….
“a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Do you have a HEALTHY BODY now?
Can you say that you are HEALTHY in all aspects of your life?
It’s only when you can achieve the healthy state of
Body-Mind-Soul connection, you can say to yourself and others; “I’M HEALTHY!!!”.
Your Body needs Constant Attention
Our body requires tremendous amount of loving and caring attention all the time.

I’ve been practicing CONSCIOUS LIVING for the last 15 years and I’ve been doing my best to practice alternative healing modalities such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi-Gong, Dance, Breathing Exercise, Meditation, Stretching exercise, and/or massage on a daily basis because I know that they help maintain GOOD HEALTH and healthy BODY-MIND-SOUL connection for me.
I once lost healthy body and manifested DIS-EASE condition within and outside of my physical body due to the imbalance of emotional and mental health.
I encourage you to experiment any types of movement therapies to improve your current health. Your BODY is so precious and sacred.
